Zerai Refund & Return Policy
Every piece at Zerai is crafted and inspected with care to meet our high standards of quality. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if your order arrives with a fault or error, our team will make sure the issue is resolved promptly and fairly.
We accept returns only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and include clear photos of the issue along with the order number for verification. Once reviewed, our support team will confirm the next steps for returning the item. Returns cannot be accepted for incorrect sizing, change-of-mind purchases, or pre-order items already in production.
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible. Approved refunds are issued either to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has been confirmed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely. For all return-related enquiries, please contact support@zerai.org before sending any items back.
